We are a group of friends passionate about animals who have decided to create, through their designs, a way of union between pets and owners.

- The photo must be well lit
- No filter should be applied to the photo
- Taken with a good quality camera or phone.
- Your pet must be in front of the camera.
- Your pet's entire face and neck must be visible.

Custom portraits are sent through our email: info@petdrawing.com to the email with which you placed your order.
We do it this way for several reasons, the first and most important, to save production costs and thus be able to be much more accessible in terms of price for our clients, the second, so that you yourself can choose the frame that you like the most and fits with the environment you want to decorate and the third, so that you can get the design to the size you want, since we send it vectorized and ready to print.
If you have not received your order within the estimated time, please check your Spam folder as sometimes emails end up there.

We do not make returns as such, but yes, if the client is not satisfied with the result, they can send us an email notifying the modifications they want and our design team will be happy to make them and send them the design again.
